In this section we
have collected for you the most interesting movies on all that concerns our last
creation, the MonoBlock MB-06.
Moreover there are some references that illustrate some of the phases on the
planning and the production. For the correct reproduction of the movies you may
need the free DivX codec.

Here you can see some
details from the industrial production of the WBNKB4 MonoBlock that we've
produced at November 2003. The first movie shows in witch way the program
simulate the written "OCLabs.com" on the surface of the block. This is one of
the most expensive software, called Future Cam and control the CNC machine. The
other movies shows you in witch way has been made the recording of the written
on the surface of the MonoBlock. There is a dry simulation and a real pass of
the CNC machine.
Rendering 3D of the WBNKB-x CPU
series
The first movie show
the rendering spin of the MonoBlock WBNKB4 that is characterized from the total
absence of the weldings. The second movie show the rendering of the
three-dimensional spin regarding the conformation of the inner structure of
MonoBlock WBNKB4.

In order to remove
every kind of your doubts, we have created a model realized with 3D Studio for
giving you the possibility to examine it from quite all the angles. You have
also to download the freeware program "SunXi Viewer" and install it. After you
open the 3D model "wbnkx.3ds", you will be able to rotate it in all possible
directions.
Extreme test of the mechanical
resistance
Here you can see some
mechanical resistance tests of the revolutionary closing system without
weldings The following five
moviews, shows you how we have reached 10Bar of pressure without any kind of
problem. Indicatively we inform you that the tires of the common automobiles has
about 2.0-2.5 Bar of pressure and in the majority of the cases, the watercooling
pumps works around to 0.1-0.3 Bar of pressure.
